My name is Bojan and I am the founder of Medigap Online, licensed insurance agency. Before starting an agency, I used to work at the primary care geriartic chain of clinics, here in Chicago, where I live with my family. Part of my work was to give in person seminars about Medicare.
While working there, I noticed how most of our patients had little to no understanding of how their Medicare plans work. Sometimes, I would see our patients come to our clinic not because they are sick, but because they are confused, worried or simply frustrated with the specific problem regarding their coverage.
